Our Process

Skilled collectors carefully tap the trees in the wild woodlands of the Horn of Africa. We use sustainable methods to ensure tree longevity and forest health.

Raw resin is collected from remote areas and transported to our central sorting centers using 4x4 vehicles specially equipped for rugged terrain.

At our facilities, the gum is manually cleaned, sorted, and graded by size, color, and purity to meet specific international standards (e.g., Pea size, Grade 1).

Processed resins are stored in climate-controlled warehouses to maintain freshness and prevent clumping or degradation before shipment.
