You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, introduce harmful content, or attempt to access areas restricted to administrators. We reserve the right to suspend access for any breach.

3. Products, Orders & Pricing

Product listings on the site are for general information. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices stated on the website may change without notice; confirmed orders will be charged at the price agreed in the order confirmation. All orders are subject to our acceptance.

4. Payment & Taxes

Payment terms are set out in your invoice or quotation. Buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes and other charges imposed by destination countries.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics, customs, or force majeure events. Risk passes to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterms on the invoice.

6. Samples, Quality & Returns

Samples may be provided on request and may incur fees. We provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs) when available. Returns are handled according to our returns policy and only accepted where agreed in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (text, images, logos) is owned or licensed by Eagum Exporters Limited. You may not reuse our intellectual property without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website or purchase of products. Our total liability for direct losses is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
